An update on account flexibility during transition

 

 

We have an important update to share that gives you more flexibility while we transition to a new payment provider.

If you decide to request a withdrawal, you can now cancel it directly from your personal account. This means you can return your funds to your balance and continue earning under the 15% Tambadana promotional offer during the transition period.

Please note: when funds are in withdrawal pending status, they do not generate returns. By cancelling the request, you keep your funds active and ensure they continue earning the promotional 15%.

We are currently onboarding our new payment provider, and the process is moving forward as planned. Soon, deposits and withdrawals will operate smoothly again.
