Jakub’s experience and background

Jakub has built a distinguished career in the financial sector, leading teams in business development, risk assessment, underwriting, and collections. His key roles include:

• Head of AMESA and LATAM – Leading business development and operational strategy for financial services.
• Head of verification and underwriting operations – Overseeing risk assessment, verification, and loan approval processes.
• Head of collection  – Managing collection strategies and financial stability.
  

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jakub has successfully developed and executed growth strategies, financial planning, and risk management, making him a valuable addition to our team.

 

Jakub’s role at Loanch

As COO, Jakub will oversee Loanch’s strategic operations, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth. His responsibilities include:

• Integrating Loanch into the Fingular ecosystem – aligning our platform with broader fintech innovations. Jakub joined Fingular in 2023 as Head of AMESA and LATAM, leading regional expansion.
• Developing business strategies for growth and profitability – optimizing performance to maximize impact.
• Strengthening investor and partner relations – building strategic alliances for market expansion.
• Representing Loanch at key events and conferences – positioning our brand at the forefront of the industry.
