Between February 5 and April 25, some users experienced a payment provider issue that prevented deposits from going through. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacted your progress in key programs like the Welcome Bonus, Referral Bonus, and Loyalty status.
We want to be transparent about it: this was not the experience we aim to deliver, and we’ve taken steps to make it right. Introducing the Compensation Restart - a one-time compensation framework designed to restore fairness across all affected users.
How it works
If you're an eligible, KYC-verified user who registered between February 5 and April 25 and was affected by the issue, your account receives adjustments across three areas:
- Welcome Bonus → recalculated immediately
- Referral Bonus → recalculated immediately
- Loyalty Program → new 45-day evaluation cycle starts from July 6
All adjustments are based on your portfolio activity and program rules, but they are applied in different ways depending on the program.
Welcome Bonus Restart
Your Welcome Bonus is recalculated immediately based on:
- 1% of your 45-day weighted average portfolio
- Your actual portfolio activity during the Compensation Restart reference period
If the recalculated amount is higher than what you already received, the difference is credited to your account immediately. If no additional amount is due, nothing changes - nothing is taken away.
Referral Bonus Restart
Your Referral Bonus is also recalculated immediately based on:
- 1% of your 45-day weighted average portfolio
- Standard eligibility rules of the referral program
The final payout is calculated as:
- New recalculated bonus
minus - Any Referral Bonus already paid for the initial 90-day period
If the result is positive, the difference is credited immediately. If the result is negative, no additional payout is made - previously received bonuses remain unchanged.
Loyalty Program Restart
Your Loyalty status is handled differently. A new 45-day evaluation period starts on July 6.
At the end of this period:
- Your status is recalculated based on your portfolio value
- Your tier can only move up, never down
- If no higher tier is reached, your current status remains unchanged
Any upgrades will be reflected in your account after the evaluation period ends.
Who this applies to
This applies only to KYC-verified users who:
- Registered between February 5 and April 25
- Were affected by the payment provider issue during that period
Users who were not affected or do not have completed KYC are not included in this framework.
What you need to do
Nothing is required.
Welcome Bonus and Referral Bonus adjustments are applied automatically and reflected immediately in your account if applicable.
Loyalty status will be evaluated over the next 45 days starting July 6, with any upgrades applied after the period ends.
