On January 21, 2026, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) decided to revoke the license for the provision of services of Quicko sp. z o.o., which is one of our partners for carrying out payment operations. In accordance with the regulator’s requirements, Quicko will cease providing payment services and servicing clients.
At the moment, Loanch, on its part, is resolving the issue of settling the current situation and connecting an alternative payment service in order to continue servicing its clients.
For the period of changes in the payment infrastructure, we have temporarily suspended the ability to top up client accounts. Partial delays in withdrawing funds may also occur in the near future.
