Track Your Rewards in One Place

 

 

Rewards can come from different activities on Loanch — from promotional campaigns and referrals to loyalty tier benefits. As the number of available rewards grows, keeping track of what you have earned, when it was paid, and what each reward relates to can become difficult.

That is why we are launching a new Rewards page in your investor dashboard, bringing your reward activity together in one place. You can see your total rewards, the amount received during the current month, and the details of individual rewards — making it easier to follow what you have earned and how your rewards have accumulated over time.

 

Track Different Types of Rewards

The new page brings together several reward categories, giving you a dedicated place to check the details of each one.

Welcome Bonus

You can view your Welcome Bonus details, including the registration date, payment date, average daily portfolio used for the calculation, bonus amount, and current status.

First Investment Bonus

For First Investment Bonus campaigns, you can track the key details of your reward, including the registration date, investment deadline, bonus payment date, total deposits, qualifying investments, and bonus status.

Loyalty Tiers

The Loyalty Tiers section shows rewards connected to your loyalty status. This includes monthly tier rewards as well as bonuses received when moving to a higher tier.

You can also see the dates and amounts of individual rewards, making it easier to follow your loyalty-related earnings over time.

Referral Program

The Referral Program section gives you an overview of your referral activity and the rewards received.

For each referral, you can see the registration date, bonus payment date, relevant average daily portfolio figures, and the bonus paid.

Other Bonuses

Rewards that do not fall into the categories above are shown under Other Bonuses.

This can include rewards from individual promotions, surveys, verification activities, app-related campaigns, and other special offers.

 

See the Details Behind Your Rewards

The Rewards page is designed to give you more context than just the final amount.

Depending on the reward type, you can see the dates, amounts, qualifying figures, and other information used to determine the reward. Each reward also has a status, helping you understand whether it has been paid or is still being processed.

You can also review recent reward activity to keep track of the latest rewards credited to your account.

 

Cashback Is Coming

The initial version of the Rewards page does not yet include cashback campaigns.

We are already working on further improvements to the page to make cashback rewards easier to track as well. Once this part is updated, cashback information will become part of the broader Rewards experience.

 

A Simpler Way to Follow Your Rewards

With the new Rewards page, you no longer need to look through different parts of your dashboard to understand your reward activity.

Promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, referral earnings, and other rewards are now easier to review from one dedicated place in your investor dashboard.

Open Rewards in your Loanch dashboard to see your reward activity and the details behind it.
