Compensation Restart: Supporting Investors Affected by the Deposit Disruption

 

The Compensation Restart applies to investors who registered on Loanch between 7 November 2025 and 25 April 2026 and were affected by the temporary unavailability of certain deposit methods between 5 February and 25 April 2026.

During this period, some users were unable to make deposits as planned due to a temporary payment provider issue. We understand that this may have affected investors’ ability to build their portfolios, qualify for bonus programs, and progress through the Loyalty Program.

To address this, we introduced the Compensation Restart - a one-time initiative designed to provide eligible users with additional opportunities to receive Welcome and Referral Bonuses and benefit from accelerated Loyalty Program progression.

 


Important update

During the initial implementation of the Compensation Restart, we identified that some of our previously published materials did not accurately reflect how certain parts of the program are applied in practice.

To ensure complete transparency, we have updated the Compensation Restart Terms and all related communications to reflect the correct eligibility criteria, calculation methodology and payment timeline.

The Compensation Restart remains fully active. The updated Terms clarify how the program operates and replace the previously published description.

How the Compensation Restart works

The Compensation Restart includes three components:

  • Welcome Bonus Restart
  • Referral Bonus Restart
  • Loyalty Program Restart

Each component has its own calculation and application process.

 

Loyalty Program Restart: upgraded statuses are already active

The Loyalty Program Restart has already been completed for eligible users.

As part of this one-time assessment, Loanch reviewed qualifying investors’ portfolio values and applied higher Loyalty statuses where the required thresholds were met — without requiring the standard 90-day qualification period.

If your Loyalty status was upgraded, your new level is already active, and you are already receiving the additional interest benefit associated with your upgraded status on eligible investments.

Users who did not reach a higher Loyalty tier keep their existing status. As part of the Compensation Restart, no user's Loyalty status was downgraded.

 

Welcome Bonus Restart

Eligible users who originally joined Loanch through a qualifying 1% portfolio-based Welcome Bonus campaign will participate in the Welcome Bonus Restart.

The recalculated Welcome Bonus equals:

1% of your Average Daily Investment Portfolio during the 45-day Compensation Period.

The Compensation Period starts on 6 July 2026 and covers portfolio activity from 6 July through 19 August 2026.

After the calculation period and completion of the required verification checks, any additional Welcome Bonus amount due will be credited automatically to the user's account.

If the recalculated amount is equal to or lower than the Welcome Bonus already received under the original 90-day bonus cycle, no additional payment will be made and no previously received bonus will be reduced.

 

Referral Bonus Restart

Eligible referrals are also included in the Compensation Restart.

Where a referred investor joined Loanch using a valid referral code and all Referral Program requirements are satisfied, the Referral Bonus will be recalculated based on the referred investor’s portfolio activity.

The recalculated Referral Bonus equals:

1% of the referred investor’s Average Daily Investment Portfolio during the 45-day Compensation Period.

Any additional amount due will be credited automatically after the Compensation Period and completion of the required verification checks.

Previously received Referral Bonuses are taken into account when calculating the final amount, ensuring that users receive only the additional difference where applicable.

 

Compensation Period

The Compensation Restart begins on 6 July 2026.

The 45-day Compensation Period covers portfolio activity from 6 July through 19 August 2026.

Following the end of the Compensation Period, Loanch will complete the bonus calculations and required verification checks before crediting any additional Welcome Bonus or Referral Bonus amounts.

No action is required from eligible users.

 

Who is eligible?

The Compensation Restart applies to users who:

  • registered on Loanch between 7 November 2025 and 25 April 2026;
  • completed KYC verification;
  • were affected by the temporary deposit method unavailability between 5 February and 25 April 2026;
  • maintain an active Loanch account; and
  • continue to meet the applicable Platform requirements.

Eligible users are included automatically - no additional registration or activation is required.
